CONCESSIONS:
Concessions are available for children under 16, students with valid NUS card,  over 60’s and carers of disabled people. (1 carer per disable person will receive a discounted price).

DISABLE ACCESS:
We have disable access and disable toilets, but a limited amount of spaces per show. Please call the box office on 07752 218 805, to ensure we can reserve some space for the performance you intend to enjoy, to avoid disappointment.

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

Doors open 60 minutes before show time. Seats are not assigned, the earlier you arrive, the best choice of seats you have. Some seats can have partially restricted view do to the structure of the show, same prices apply per each section even on seats with partially restricted view.

Performance may include strobe lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound-effects.We reserve the right to vary the content of the performance at any time.  No refunds, tickets (both paid for and Guest tickets)  are not exchangeable. We reserve the rights of admission in particular circumstances, even on purchased tickets. Complaints must be addressed immediately to a member of staff in order to be rectified.

DURATION : approximately  2 hours,  including an interval of approx. 15 mins.

FOOD AND DRINK:
Light refreshments are also available before the show and during the interval.Souvenirs will be available to purchase before and during the show.
